EGX’s indices level down at Tuesday’s close
The EGX100 index shrank 1.15%

Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) indices declined at the end of Tuesday’s session, with market capitalisation lost EGP 6.62 billion.

The benchmark index, EGX30, went down by 1.18% to close at 13,636 points, while the EGX70 index shed 1.49% to stand at 1,237 points.

Market capitalisation decreased to EGP 692.35 billion on Tuesday, compared to EGP 698.97 billion in the previous session.

The EGX100 index shrank 1.15% to reach 1,358 points, while the equally-weighted index, EGX50, declined by 1.6% to 1,846 points.

The EGX’s trading volume hit 610.27 million shares and the market’s liquidity amounted to EGP 5.34 billion.
